Ethan and Jake were the best. I’m from Wisconsin and thought I was having oil troubles after my drive into town. I called ahead of time, and all the guys knew who I was and what the situation looked like because Ethan passed along the info. Jake checked on everything, gave me the green light, topped off a couple fluids, and didn’t charge me a cent. I’d be coming here every time if I didn’t live 6.5 hours away.

The excellent reviews are accurate! I just left Northwest Oil Express and I am so impressed with the service I received. Not only were the techs professional and thorough, they went out of their way to explain a possible safety/costly concern that they noticed and recommended I should have addressed soon at the shop. One of them even provided contact info for a trusted shop they recommended. I also needed a cabin filter replacement, and even though they didn’t have one for my vehicle in stock, they offered to replace it if I came back after purchasing it elsewhere. I will be back and highly recommend them!

If I could give them zero stars I would!! I strongly discourage anyone from doing business here. Drive elsewhere. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! As I was pulling forward, one employee clearly motioned for me to drive into the garage. The moment I followed his directions, another employee—who I believe is the owner, started yelling at me, "Don't drive in there! It's dangerous! Don't you ever do that again!" I explained that I was simply following the directions I had been given. Rather than acknowledging the obvious miscommunication between his own employees, he insisted the signal wasn't meant for me. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, I was yelled at again and told to “leave and never come back!!!” Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. During my previous service, they failed to reinstall the access panel on my skid plate—a basic oversight that should never have been missed. Everyone makes mistakes, but how a business responds to those mistakes says everything. Instead of taking responsibility for their own error, they chose to berate a paying customer. The

Had never tried NW Oil Express before and so happy I did. Absolutely wonderful service, friendly techs, no pressure and extremely honest. Fairly priced and good quality products used. I've found my new service provider, sorry JL!

They did an excellent job! I needed a new oil plug and they hopped into their car to get me one for FREE. They told me that antifreeze should last about 150,000 miles (so I think I have been pay for antifreeze flushes at other places…). They tested it for free and I am good down to -37 degrees. Great place, reasonably priced, honest, and thorough inspection!
